Known for leadership development, we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential.Position Overview:The Project Site Fulfillment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and spare parts to support project execution and installation activities. This position focuses on logistics and inventory management, working closely with internal and external teams to maintain material readiness and quality standards. The role requires strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and back-office coordination to connect all elements of material planning and fulfillment.This position can be based out of either state:Texas - requires approximately 90% travel to project site. Ten (10) days on / four (4) days off rotation and will work hours aligned with project operations.New Jersey - requires approximately 90% travel to project site. Ten (10) days on / four (4) days off rotation and will work hours aligned with project operations.Responsibilities:Oversee material planning and fulfillment to ensure spare parts and components are available for project installation on siteManage inventory control, receiving, and storage at customer locations and ensure readiness for final installationCoordinate with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packagers, and customers to maintain smooth material flowSupport quality control processes for packaging and material handlingMonitor and maintain ERP system data for accurate material tracking and planningDevelop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and meet project timelinesResolve issues related to material shortages, order discrepancies, or delays in fulfillmentEnsure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to link supply chain activities and connect operational workflowsTrack and report KPIs related to material readiness, fulfillment accuracy, and cost efficiencyPerform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldPrior experience in material planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics in a similar industryExperience with engines, generators, gas compression equipment, or comparable industrial machinery used in field installation, commissioning, or maintenance environmentExperienced with using ERP systems for material tracking and planning, Oracle desiredProficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & OutlookWillingness to travel domestically for assigned projects; internationally occasionally as business demandsValid driver's license and valid passport, or willingness to obtain a passport if not currently held.Legally authorized to work in the United StatesKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesUnderstanding of rotating equipment fundamentals, including components, spare parts, packaging, and material requirementsAbility to interpret equipment documentation such as assembly drawings, parts lists, quality check sheets, and installation requirementsStrong understanding of how supply chain processes interconnect and impact project executionKnowledge of inventory control, material planning, and fulfillment processesAbility to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of materials for project needsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks, analyze supply chain workflows, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and complianceExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliersCommitment to safety and environmental standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, including effective coordination with cross-functional teamsAbility to work on project sites in a warehouse or office environmentMust have clear vision for reading and screen workAbility to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balanceAbility to lift up to 50 poundsJ-18808-Ljbffr
