Duties
- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes
- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the catering team for special events
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and practices
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
