DescriptionHere's what you'll be doing:
Develop project plans and lead quality improvement activities and projects.
Assist teams, departments, and service lines with implementing strategies to improve the patient experience, reduce costs, and improve patient clinical outcomes.
Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to develop, implement, monitor, and champion processes improvement activities using the PDSA/AAAHC 10 step model.
Manage incident and complaint reporting including performing investigations, identifying root cause and opportunities for improvement, and creating action plans.
Assists with collecting data, monitoring, and supporting improvement in customer/patient satisfaction.
Assists with research and development of Policy and Standard Operating Procedures as well as monitoring compliance.
Assists with AAAHC or other accreditation processes including workbook and standards compliance, development of metrics, collecting data, creating reports, and monitoring of measures related to quality, regulatory, and tribal requirements.
What you'll need to be successful:
Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare or insurance quality improvement
Minimum 1 year experience in quality improvement and/or project management
Associates or Bachelor's in healthcare related field preferred
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency
Exceptional communication, organizational, facilitation skills and a strong team ethic is a must; ability to support and influence a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills required, act as Subject Matter Expert for improvement opportunities, provides suggestions and works with team members to remove barriers.
FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire.
