Branch Director – Personal Care Services (PHC/PAS)Location: Rio Grande City, TX (serving the Rio Grande Valley)Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus structureAbout the RoleLead our Rio Grande City branch to deliver high-quality Personal Care Services while growing market share and strengthening community partnerships. We're seeking a hands-on leader who can hit the ground running, build a high-performing team, and elevate operational excellence.What You'll DoOwn branch growth: craft and execute a 6–12 month market plan; Run day-to-day operations: intake, scheduling, EVV integrity, documentation, and audit readiness. Lead people: recruit, develop, and retain caregivers and office staff; set expectations; recognize performance; address gaps quickly. Resolve authorizations and billing issues promptly. Represent Acara: field marketing, community presentations, and relationship management across the RGV.What You Bring2+ years of branch leadership in Texas PHC/PAS (or closely related home- and community-based services).Working knowledge of TMHP, Texas HHSC processes, MCO operations, AAA contracting, and EVV workflows.Proven ability to stabilize schedules, improve caregiver retention, and deliver efficient, compliant operations.Community presence and communication skills (field marketing, public speaking, partner engagement).Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.Proficiency with scheduling/EVV platforms and basic analytics tools (Excel/PowerPoint).Why This RoleYou'll have the mandate and support to lead, grow, and professionalize a key market—building a culture of accountability and service for families across the Rio Grande Valley.BenefitsMedical insuranceDental insurance
