This role is essential in ensuring smooth school operations, supporting instructional leadership, and creating a positive experience for students, staff, and families.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, manages multiple priorities, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Administrative SupportProvide direct support to the Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean, and Executive DirectorManage calendar ownership, scheduling, and conflict resolutionPrepare agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings and eventsCoordinate leadership team and full staff meetingsTrack action items and ensure follow-up accountabilityProtect leadership time for evaluations, instructional leadership, and strategic prioritiesEnrollment & Family EngagementConduct enrollment communications and inquiry follow-upCommunicate with prospective families via phone and emailCoordinate tours, student shadows, and a positive enrolling family experienceAlign logistics, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure seamless executionSchool Operations & CoordinationCoordinate principal-led events, STEM signature events, and key school initiativesOversee volunteer coordination, execution and trackingCoordinate substitute coverage aligned to staffing needs and school prioritiesEnsure 504 scheduling complianceSchedule and support observations, walkthroughs, and conferencesManage Skyward systems and supply orderingCoordinate field tripsHuman Resources SupportSupport hiring, onboarding, and offboarding logisticsAdditional Responsibilities (as Needed)Front Office SupportAssist with front desk operations, including phones, visitors, and general inquiriesStudent Health & SupportRespond to student health needs, including emergencies in classroomsAdminister daily medications and maintain accurate documentationCoordinate medication refillsMaintain appropriate documentation for all health room visits and proceduresMaintain the health room (stocking, cleaning, organizing)Provide first aid care for students and staffCommunicate with parents via phone, email, and in personFollow student health care plansQualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExperience with student information systems (e.g., Skyward) preferredPrevious experience in a school or administrative setting preferredScheduleDay shiftMonday to FridaySchool Year: 2026 - 2027School Days: 195This position will be open until filled, but will not be open past: June 30, 2026#SJ2025The Pay Range For This Role Is20 - 33.85 USD per hour (Main)
