Join our growing, innovation-driven team today.As a Travel Consultant (Activations) Representative, you will be responsible for handling automated dialer outbound calls to existing customers, to finalize a vacation reservation date. You will update the customer database and document reservations for the customer in the Concierge Platform reservation system. You must adhere to specific verification guidelines, to ensure we deliver a qualified tour guest to our Vacation Ownership Sales Centers, to preview our Vacation Ownership programs. The Activations Associate will manage calls with the guests' experience in the highest regard.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8pmTHIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITIONResponsibilities:Assists guests with finalizing their vacation package reservation dateHandles properly the Avaya Dialer System to maximize productivityAdheres to daily Campaign Assignment schedules as directed by any/all LeadershipCollaborates with other Call Center Departments to ensure proper Paperwork, itinerary letter requests, andinventory requestsDocuments guests' accountsAdheres to Approved Sales Pitch offer as designed per CampaignIncreases revenue by selling extra nights, upgrades, package upgrades, tickets, car rentals, and additional roomsRequirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of relevant experienceQuality service fundamentals, MS Office Suite.Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accuratelyStrong interpersonal communicationBenefits:Unlimited Income Potential: You will earn base pay + uncapped commissions!Paid training: You will earn as you learn to be a Hilton Grand Vacations specialist and brand ambassador.Career Growth: We believe in developing our current talent, we promote within.Fantastic benefits package: We offer Medical/Dental/Vision plans, Education Assistance, 401k (company match), and many more benefits!Work/Life Balance: You will receive generous paid-time off after 90 days of employment.
