Soni's client is seeking a Production Data Engineer to join their growing team! As a Production Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of the company's data infrastructure. You will be responsible for optimizing data pipelines, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting the growth of the organization.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and scalability.Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Automate routine data tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.Stay updated on the latest data technologies and industry trends.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.2-3 years of work experience in data engineering or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Linux or Windows systems administration, preferably in a medium to large-enterprise server environment.Solid understanding of operating system fundamentals.Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, and familiarity with server deployment tools.Passion for working with data, especially large datasets, and a keen eye for data cleanliness and correctness.Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.Excellent verbal communication skills.Compensation: $150,00-180,000 a yearSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.Schedule: 5 days a week onsite, 9 hour shift
