The Assistant Manager is an active part of the store operations, customer experience, and employee development. Additionally, they coach and develop all supervisors and associates while contributing to an environment in which all team members are able to collaborate in order to consistently deliver best in class customer experiences.What You'll DoDisplay best-in-class customer service techniques, build customer loyalty through maintenance of clienteling standards and sales interactions.
