Our team is small, collaborative, and deeply invested in the success of the organizations we serve.About The RoleThe Strategy Associate works closely with our Lead Strategist to support the full lifecycle of client campaigns — from launch through close. This is a project management and client-support role: you'll help make sure campaigns run smoothly, clients are informed and confident, and the team has what it needs to perform.Day to day, that might mean building a goal projection in Excel, preparing a performance report for a client, coordinating with campaign managers to unblock a problem, or joining a client call to provide updates and strategic input. You'll wear a few hats and care about all of them.What You'll DoSupport campaign strategy and execution alongside the Lead Strategist from kickoff through final reportingBuild and maintain projections, goal tracking, and performance analysis in ExcelServe as a day-to-day point of contact for campaign managers — keeping things coordinated and movingCommunicate directly with clients: preparing updates, joining calls, and helping maintain strong working relationshipsAssist with messaging development and strategy documentationTravel to our Midtown Manhattan office and client sites as needed (approximately 3–4 times per year)What We're Looking ForWe value curiosity, follow-through, and genuine care for the work. Two things are essential — everything else we can build on:Required — At least 1 year of direct client-facing experienceRequired — Experience supervising or coordinating a small teamComfort with Excel and data — you can build a basic model, interpret metrics, and spot when something looks offStrong written and verbal communication — clear, organized, easy to work withSelf-directed and deadline-driven — you can manage your own schedule working remotelyInterest in the arts, advocacy, or healthcare — experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirementHigh school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferredCompensation And GrowthThis is a part-time, non-exempt position at $22/hr, with a consistent 30 hours per week and a predictable schedule.
