This is a full-time role paying an annual base salary that is dependent on experience plus a performance-based bonus excellent benefits package. The position will require the candidate to be fully onsite for the first 90-days and will allow for a hybrid work week with 2-days a week remote after the initial 90-day orientation period. Responsibilities:Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment recordsCreating detailed medical and factual chronologiesPreparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness filesCompiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databasesManaging and organizing electronic and physical case filesCoordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support servicesGenerating status reports, logs, and case indexesCorresponding with clients and opposing law firmsConducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materialsCommunicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publicationsPerforming additional duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and prioritizeAbility to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignmentsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalismWillingness to learn and adapt as new skills are requiredDedication to fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation Job Requirements:3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experienceBachelor’s or Associate’s degree requiredParalegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred
