This position is ideal for new graduates as well as those with home health experience. The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services in the assigned county territory, which includes Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City, and additional areas in Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, and Livermore.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients in home health settings.\nComplete OASIS assessments and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.\nMaintain productivity by completing at least 27 points per week through scheduled visits and documentation.\nManage a full caseload and be willing to travel outside the area or to work weekends as needed to meet visit expectations.\nWork with a diverse patient population, including Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nCurrent California Occupational Therapist License\nBLS Certification\nValid Driver's License and Auto Insurance\nAnnual TB test and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)\nDrug screen and physical examination as required\n\n\nSchedule\nThis position operates primarily during daytime hours, with the potential for weekend coverage required based on patient demand.\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
