Café Operations Manager

Join Nudy's Cafes, a beloved family-owned restaurant company established in 1979! We proudly offer a casual breakfast and lunch experience, specializing in quick, affordable, and freshly prepared meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Currently, we operate 15 locations and are excited to open our newest café in Havertown, PA, with plans for future growth. We are searching for full-time Café Operations Managers to lead our teams and enhance our customers' experiences. In this role, you'll ensure exceptional service and efficient operations as you guide and inspire your team to uphold the Nudy's Promise—making every guest feel valued and satisfied. Your Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operations to keep the café running smoothly. Enhance the customer journey by ensuring superior service and maximizing guest satisfaction. Actively resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively. Regularly assess and maintain our product quality. Organize and supervise shifts, preferably with experience in the 7 Shifts system. Continuously manage, train, and motivate staff with a customer-centric mindset. Consistently represent the Nudy's brand with pride. Train new and existing employees in excellent customer service and duty assignments. Be accountable for results and demonstrate a people-focused approach. What We're Looking For:A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management and operations. Preferred degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team. Extensive food knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. ServSafe Certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire. Capability to analyze restaurant operations data and inspire positive change. Open availability to work any day of the week from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A vehicle for use during working hours. Physical Requirements:Ability to navigate all areas of the café efficiently. Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods. Physical strength to lift, stoop, bend, twist, and repeat movements. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
