Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Support daily office tasks using Microsoft Office and instant messaging. Facilitate communications with executive-level staff. Assist Uline Security and first responders regarding safety procedures and protocol. Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of relevant receptionist experience with excellent communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
