This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, and service level execution within the facility. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.Key Responsibilities:Support and oversee daily warehouse operations across assigned areasCoordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy targets are metEnsure processes are executed in line with company standards and proceduresMonitor workflow and proactively address operational challengesDrive performance and maintain service levels across the operationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issuesTrain, coach, and support the development of team membersEnsure compliance with safety and operational guidelinesQualifications:3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logisticsPrevious supervisory or team lead experience preferredExperience working with WMS systemsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsGood communication skillsOn-site role only (no remote or hybrid options)Preferred:Experience in a 3PL environmentExperience in fast-paced, high-volume operationsWhat We’re Looking For:Hands-on mindsetOwnership and accountabilityStrong operational awarenessAbility to adapt and executeCompensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
