Program Quality Engineering Asc Mgr - L4

Overview In this role you will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Program Quality personnel for the Lower-Tier IAMD program portfolio. You will work with Quality leaders, HR, and Finance to optimize staffing and training processes across the program lifecycle. The position blends people leadership with quality lifecycle oversight, from proposals through production and support. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to accelerate staffing, drive quality initiatives, and shape the program’s talent strategy in a fast-paced defense environment.
