Ensure proper portioning and presentationMaintaining pars and inventory throughout the shiftRunning food and addressing customer needs in a friendly and positive way.Bussing tables and helping to turn the house efficiently.Helping bar stay stocked on ice, glasses, fruit, etc.Keeping service are clean throughout the shift.
