TeamQRT Group Driving Division OTR - FT

Job Description: Driver Responsibilities & Trip Details Drivers travel in groups of 3–5, one driver per vehicle, working under a Lead Driver. Groups remain together from pick-up to drop-off locations. This is an Independent Contractor OTR CMV driving position; trips may require multiple days on the road depending on drop-off locations. Drivers are responsible for the condition of their vehicles and will be held accountable for any damages incurred during transport. Drivers must be on time for pick-up and drop-off and check in with the Lead Driver before each trip. All paperwork must be completed and submitted to the Lead Driver on time. Drivers must maintain good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a group setting. DOT Driver Logs must be kept daily using the MOTIVE app — paper logs are not accepted. After vehicle drop-off, drivers return to the pick-up location as a group. For overnight trips, drivers may be asked to share a hotel room with a same-sex driver; lodging and return transportation to High Point, NC, are provided. Drivers may receive same-day pay if all paperwork is accurate, submitted on time, and no accidents or vehicle damages occur during the trip. Must take at least 3-5 trips per month to remain active. Job Requirements: Driver Requirements Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR CMV or School Bus driving experience within the last 3 years Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Passenger (P) endorsement Preferred. Relatively clean driving reports and employment history Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules and regulations Keep accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using the MOTIVE app — paper logs are not accepted. Must act in a professional and courteous manner at all times Ability to work in a team setting, sharing workload and responsibilities with other drivers This is an Independent Contractor position — not a Company Driver or Owner/Operator role This is an OTR position — not Local or Regional Required to attend in-person Onboarding in High Point, NC within 7 days of signing contract (All onboarding expenses are the driver's responsibility) Must take at least 3-5 trips per month to remain active Required Items for Trips: Driver Purchased A walkie talkie (may be purchased from our TeamQRT office for $15) Cell Phone Screwdrivers (Flathead & Philips) Adjustable Crescent Wrench 1/2-inch Wrench Blue Painters Tape Wage Range: 0.32 - 0.54 per mile General Description of Benefits: CDL Class A or B OTR DRIVERS WANTED!! Transport New School Buses Nationwide & Into Canada in groups of 3-5 drivers. Non-Forced Dispatch – take your first load within 30 days of signing. Driver must transport 3-5 loads a month or more to stay active. Transportation Back to High Point, NC provided after delivery. Expenses are covered for lodging and fuel while active on a load. Pay & Bonuses: Same-day pay (if requirements met) Canada loads: +$0.02/mi + $125 bonus Referral & clean inspection bonuses (if requirements met)
