Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights to support retail performance through reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence. This hybrid role (3 days in NYC office) focuses on translating complex data into clear insights that drive decision making, while supporting sales planning and improving overall retail operations.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver recurring performance reporting and sales analysisTranslate complex data into actionable insights for business leadersBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision makingSupport sales planning and forecasting across retail operationsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesImprove reporting processes and data accuracy over timePartner with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiativesSupport commission and bonus tracking and reportingManage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environmentJob Qualifications5+ years of experience in retail, operations, analytics, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools such as Power BIExperience working with large datasets and translating data into business insightsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholdersExperience working both independently and collaboratively across teamsUnderstanding of retail business operations and performance metricsAbility to drive improvements in reporting and analytics processesSalary: $110,000The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
