We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing centralized purchasing team and help support multiple locations across our organization.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.If you are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with vendors, technicians, and operations teams, we want to talk to you.Schedule OptionsWeekend coverage role with two scheduling options:4 days / 10-hour shifts: Thursday–Sunday OR 5 days / 8-hour shifts: Thursday–MondayThe Good StuffCompetitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match PTO + Paid Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Ongoing Training & Development Supportive Team Environment Opportunity to help build and shape a growing department What You’ll DoManage material purchasing requests across assigned markets Review and validate purchase requests for accuracy and job association Work directly with approved vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times Create and track purchase orders while ensuring timely turnaround Coordinate deliveries to warehouses and job sites Resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices Support accounting with invoice matching and documentation Help enforce purchasing processes and company SOPs Track purchasing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities What We’re Looking ForStrong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Experience with purchasing, warehouse operations, or dispatching is a plus Plumbing, HVAC, or home services experience is a MUST Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions Team player with a problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and sense of urgency At T3, great brands are built by great people.
