Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead and develop production team members while driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations at the Darien, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily production execution, identify and resolve process issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, cost, and customer service performance. You will foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce that consistently delivers results. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM 2/2/3 schedule pattern A Taste of Your Responsibilities.
