As a Host, you will be the welcoming face of Doppio Zero Mountain View, energizing guests from the moment they arrive. *Duties*
* Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a welcoming demeanor, making them feel instantly at home
* Manage guest wait times efficiently and firmly by providing accurate wait estimates and updating guests regularly
* Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction using Open Table
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host station and waiting area at all times
* Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant amenities, or special events in a friendly manner
* Collaborate closely with managers to ensure smooth seating transitions and excellent service delivery
* Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
*Requirements*
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a lively, positive attitude that energizes guests and colleagues alike
* Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating efficiently
* Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-pressure situations
* Excellent communication skills to clearly convey wait times and answer guest questions
* Prior experience in hospitality is required
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving chairs or assisting guests as needed
* Availability on weekends
