They are funded and growing and seeking a Client Success Architect This is an opportunity to join an exciting, high-energy entrepreneurial organization which is experiencing rapid growth!Responsibilities for Client Success Architect:Analyze and understand client's business objectives and needsSet up your clients on the platform, ensure deliverables match client's requirementsProvide subject matter expertise and training for the platformCreate technical designs and specificationsPlan, coordinate and deliver on client projects, monitor and ensure that project deliverables, milestones and timelines are metCoordinate between various departments (including Engineering, Product Management, client facing team, Sales, and Support) to execute on client projectsDefine development methodologies and strategies to improve deliverablesSupport clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questionsQualifications for Client Success Architect:3-5+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) implementation experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment3-5+ years of experience working in database technologies, data integration/ETL, data modeling, proficient in SQLKnowledge of the AdTech ecosystem is preferred: ad serving, web analyticsMust be collaborative and able to influence in a matrixed environment.Extensive experience using Excel and SQLStrong technical and problem solving skillsWhy work at our client?You are not in a cubicle, you are in a fun open, flat organization.
