Job Title: HR Data AnalystLocation: Chicago, IL 60629 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMJob Summary: We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to support people operations by analyzing employee data and improving HR processes. This role focuses on time & attendance, compliance, and process standardization in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze HR data (attendance, absenteeism, leave) to identify trends and issuesImprove and streamline Time & Attendance (T&A) processesSupport and enhance I-9 and compliance processesDevelop SOPs and standardize HR workflowsPartner with managers and stakeholders to drive process improvementsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutionsRequirements:Strong experience with HR data analysisAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (must-have)Experience with Time & Attendance, leave management, or complianceStrong problem-solving and process improvement skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholdersPreferred:Experience in manufacturing or operations environmentSkills: HR Analyst, Excel, Time & Attendance, Compliance, Data Analysis
