We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employees' knowledge, critical thinking, and innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP)Monitor contractor performance against quality standardsTrack and analyze quality metrics and performance trendsIdentify risks and recommend corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate with PM and DPM to address deficienciesPrepare quality performance reports and summariesEnsure compliance with QA requirements and surveillance methodsSupport deficiency identification and correction processesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree OR three (3) years of relevant experienceExperience in quality management or quality assurance programsExperience implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs)Strong analytical and data interpretation skillsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience supporting government contracts* Experience with QA metrics tracking and reporting systemsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Quality performance analysis and reportingTrend identification and risk mitigationAttention to detail and compliance oversightStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to lead quality improvement initiativesEstimated Salary/WageUSD $110,000.00/Yr.
