Accounting Coordinator
Overview
AmeriWater is a long-established industry leader in the design, manufacture, installation and supply of water purification systems and services for dialysis, industrial and healthcare applications. We are looking for a Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio!

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Invoicing
Prepare, review and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
Verify billing data, pricing and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and tax requirements.
Administer all aspects of water testing invoicing process.
Process credit memos and billing adjustments as needed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice records.
Accounts Receivable Support
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
Accounting & Administrative Support
Assist with month-end closing activities related to receivables.
Reconcile customer accounts and prepare statements.
Support audits by providing required documentation.
Customer Service Support
Provide Customer Service Support:
Fill-in during staff absences - breaks and vacation
Answer customer calls and emails
Enter customer orders
Requirements
Education & Experience
High School Diploma required.
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
Skills & Attributes
High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems a plus.
