These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionJob Description:Assemble FLIR camera products in accordance to Manufacturing documentation (assembly instructions, travelers, configuration logs, etc.)Hand soldering of electronic parts including, surface mount soldering, through-hole soldering micro-soldering, etc.Assemble wire harnesses and cable assembliesVerify kits are complete and correctAssist Manufacturing Engineering in the creation, development and revision of assembly documentationVerify accuracy of finished assemblies to provide quality outputWork closely with Test Team, Manufacturing, and Engineering departmentsProcess assembly using a variety of materials (adhesives, coatings, epoxies, etc)Mechanical assembly using a variety of hand tools (wrenches, drivers, sockets, etc)Education, Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years experience in Electronic, or related industryHigh school education or equivalentKnowledge And ExperienceHand solderingAbility to work from written instructions, wiring diagrams, etc.Assembly of electro-mechanical components with related toolingHarness wiringISO policies and proceduresESD proceduresManual dexterity, ability to work with small parts for extended amounts of timeAbility to stand for extended periods, often for most of the workdayAbility to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, often up to 50 pounds, though the frequency of lifting heavier objects variesWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary & Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementFun Employee Events throughout the yearApplicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.Salary Range$39,000.00-$52,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
