AR Analyst

Title:AR AnalystSalary:$60,000 - $80,000 + discretionary bonusWhy This Opportunity Stands Out: AR Analyst• Join a stable and growing real estate firm with a collaborative, tight-knit team environment• High visibility role working directly with senior leadership and property management• Hands-on position with exposure to tenant billing, accounts receivable, and lease administration• Strong training and onboarding with opportunity to expand into broader accounting functions• Long-term growth potential within a company experiencing internal transitions and expansionAR Analyst Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and post tenant billbacks, construction-related charges, and one-time AR billing items• Maintain tenant ledgers and oversee accounts receivable aging and collections follow-up• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in alignment with lease terms and agreements• Review lease abstracts and support lease setup from a billing perspective• Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including AR-related tracking• Support CAM reconciliations and annual billing adjustments• Partner with leasing and property management teams on tenant activity and billing needs• Reconcile AR balances and assist with month-end close related to receivablesAR Analyst Qualifications:• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or property accounting• Yardi experience required; exposure to QuickBooks is a plus• Understanding of tenant billing, lease terms, and collections processes preferred• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities• Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team-oriented environment#INMAR2026#LI-MP3
