This remote position requires in-person client outreach and relationship building across the Greater Madison region. The ideal candidate brings proven sales experience, exceptional multitasking abilities, and systematic follow-up skills — and excels at negotiation and building lasting client relationships.Compensation 30–60 day probationary periodStarting draw against commission: $50,000–$65,000 annuallyUncapped commission potentialSeasoned professionals average $150,000–$250,000 annuallyBusiness expenses coveredKey ResponsibilitiesClient Development & Networking Build and maintain a network of sources to generate qualified sales leadsIdentify customer needs and pain points through direct engagementAlign service solutions with customer challengesEnsure client satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive supportMaintain ongoing relationships with current and former customersReporting & Analytics Prepare daily activity reports documenting calls, sales, lost opportunities, and critical issuesProvide territorial sales forecasts and market analysis as requestedPartnership Development Conduct educational meetings with referral partners about our servicesEvaluate claims submitted by referral partners to determine business viabilityDirect Sales Execution Meet with residential and commercial property owners to present service solutionsDeliver presentations to diverse audiences and groupsUse phone and email outreach to gather prospect information and qualify leadsStrategic Planning Design and implement education and sales strategies for prospects and referral partnersEstablish measurable sales objectives and performance targetsRecommend improvements to sales methodologies and processesQualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR five years of relevant sales experienceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentsProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePublic Adjusting License required (must obtain within 1 month of hiring if not currently licensed)Preferred Knowledge of insurance claims and processesConstruction industry experienceCold calling experienceMulti-family property management and property owner connectionsExisting referral networks in the Madison marketComfortable working on roofs for property inspectionsAbout Swift Public AdjustersSwift Public Adjusters helps policyholders nationwide navigate and settle insurance claims.
