Inventory Specialist
Job SummaryThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring timely material distribution to field teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceive and distribute truck stock replenishment.Complete morning deliveries to install teams and pick up installation debris on the return trip to the shop (typically completed by mid-morning or early afternoon).Perform truck and warehouse inventory; when not inventorying install and service trucks, conduct cycle counts of warehouse inventory.Create inventory adjustments in software to ensure consistent inventory accuracy.Schedule and perform truck stock inventories 1–2 times per week.Input cycle counts into software and update the van inventory tracking spreadsheet regularly.Make deliveries to job sites as neededSecondary ResponsibilitiesImplement cycle counts within the software inventory system.Check incoming inventory delivered in the afternoon.Replenish warehouse stock and maintain an organized storage environment.Any other tasks that are requested to ensure a smooth workflow within the companyRequirementsMust have a clean & insurable driving recordMust be able to pass a background check & drug testAbility to lift and carry 80 lbs.Ability to work with power tools, on ladders, in attics, and on roofs.Organization Skills.Exceptional Communication SkillsMicrosoft Excel and Word preferred.Service Titan experience preferred.Applicant will be required to pass a background test, phyciscal, and drug screening. Applicant must be insurable through our auto insurance carrier.
