We are Hiring - Inpatient Pharmacy ManagerLocation: Glenwood Springs, COEmployer: Valley View HospitalSalary: $149,600 – $224,500Relocation assistance possible - YesAbout the Role:Hands-on pharmacy leader overseeing both operations and clinical services at an independent rural nonprofit hospital. You'll manage staff, lead Epic Willow workflows, and ensure safe, high-quality medication use across all inpatient services.Key Responsibilities· Manage daily inpatient pharmacy operations: medication distribution, sterile compounding, ADCs, controlled substances, and inventory· Ensure compliance with USP <797>/<800>, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations· Lead Epic Willow Inpatient workflows — order routing, CDS, dispense, and reporting· Support clinical pharmacy services, formulary management, and P&T Committee activities· Supervise, hire, schedule, and develop pharmacy technicians and pharmacists· Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, IT, and hospital leadership on medication-use initiativesQualifications· PharmD required· Active Colorado pharmacist license· Hospital pharmacy experience required; rural setting preferred· Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred· BLS & ACLS (AHA) requiredCompensation & Benefits· Full medical, dental, and vision; FSA; 401(a) & 403(b) with employer match· Paid time off, paid family/medical leave, tuition assistance· Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer· Ski passes, gym discounts, employee assistance program, and more
