Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeReports To: Inside Sales Manager Summary:Responsible for an assigned territory and customer base with the ultimate goal of increasing new and existing revenue streams. Build a successful sales pipeline and partner with Field Sales as the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to grow and retain business.Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emailsMaintain a monthly sales goal and work on quotes and customer requests by suggestive sellingEnter orders, close sales, and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and work with field sales representative to develop accountsMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with partners to build pipeline and close deals soliciting new contacts within new and existing accounts (i.e., Engineers, Buyers, and Requisitions)Expediting or preventative expediting for your customers when necessaryLearn and understand customer needs and requirementsAttend seminars and tradeshows if applicableOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressureStrong phone presenceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteSolid verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyEducation, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:BA/BS degree and/or equivalent inside sales and customer service experienceExperience meeting and exceeding sales quotas/goalsHardware Specialty Co., Inc. does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
