USA - Occupational Health Nurse - day shift

Direct Patient Care R.N. or LPN specialized in providing a safe work environment for employees. May be a solo practitioner, manager, educator, consultant, nurse practitioner, case manager, and/or corporate director. Will often work with members of an occupational health and safety team (i.e. medicine, safety, industrial hygiene, etc.).Brief Job Description-Responsible for implementing an effective occupational health program at the facility level. The OHN acts as a business partner to maximize productivity and reduce health related costs. OH program elements include: immediate care for illness and injury, health surveillance, regulatory compliance, case management and health promotion. Provides healthcare services to employees or persons who become ill or injured at the facility. Practices within the parameters of professional licensure to ensure consistency with legal, labor, regulatory and Corporate requirements. Occupational health experience, case management, public health, soft skills, computer skills Top 2-5 must have skills/experienceMedical Triage experienceMedical Surveillance - Any Certifications In The Following Audio Metric Eye Test Physicals Blood Work RespiratorCoaching General Wellness Can provide general education Division and product lines the contractor will work on/with Drug Delivery Manufacturing which includes Non-Ceph, Ceph, Penicillin, and other areas as assigned. Key deliverables and project milestones expected during the assignmentMaintaining medical surveillance compliance, injury/illness intake, case management, and wellness initiatives. Preferred tools, technologies, and systems the contractor should be familiar with Benchmark (Medcare) and Microsoft office Team structure and key stakeholders they will interface withReports to onsite EHS Associate Director with a dotted line to Global Occupational Nurse. Active member of onsite EHS team.Candidate must be licensed in IL and be an RN
