Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst (Remote)Duration: 9+ MonthsRemoteJob Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst with strong statistical expertise and experience in data trending, preferably within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of statistical principles and the ability to build structured trending processes from the ground up. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of leadership in a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement data trending processes using strong statistical principles• Perform advanced data analysis and interpretation using Microsoft Excel• Analyze and process medical device complaint data for trends and insights• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred)• Support quality and compliance initiatives within medical device quality systems• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership• Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulatory requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Strong background in Statistics with deep understanding of statistical principles• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and trending• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels• Experience working with medical device quality systems regulations (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, etc.)• Experience handling medical device complaint processing• Ability to build structured trending/analytics processes from scratch
