TheDataReconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:-Reviewing servicedatain the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & -Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip codingReviewing TRAC performancedatafrom the telecommunication systemIdentifyingquestionable or incorrectdatain either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriateWorking collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports areaccurateand reflect operational performanceQualifications of theDataReconciliation Specialist include:-High school diploma or GEDPreviousexperience in adataanalysis role at a medium or large firm with largedatasetsDemonstrated ability to work independently-Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQLproficiencyStrong attention to detailStrong communicationskills (written and oral)The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
