We are looking forElbit Systems is looking for a Lead System Engineer to join the Haifa site.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the development of hardware‐based products such as computers and sensors from the requirements stage through production and delivery to the customerWrite product requirement and specification documents and analyze product performanceManage all stages of development within a multidisciplinary team (hardware, logic design, mechanics, software, and more)Conduct internal and external development reviewsLead the development of electro‐optical, mechanical, and electrical test equipmentOversee integration and design validation processesTransfer products to productionProvide product integration support at customer sitesPrepare project work plans and budgetsRequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics EngineeringPrevious experience in systems engineering / product management / technical managementAt least 5 years of experience in board design - MandatoryExperience in logical design, FPGA, or product management - AdvantageExperience leading projects combining hardware, firmware, electro‐optics, and software - AdvantageExperience writing requirements and specification documents for boards and assemblies - AdvantageExperience leading matrix, multidisciplinary teams - AdvantageSystem‐level vision, responsibility, organization, and independent learning ability - AdvantageOnly relevant applications will be answered#Haifa
