If so, we'd love to hear from you!About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fitConduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions processAchieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performanceGuide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-upTrack student application status and ensure completion of required documentationAssist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairsQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GEDAssociates' or higher degree preferredExperience:Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track recordof meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratiosOne or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferredSkill set:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiencesExcellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systemsA positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as neededBenefitsWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package that supports your personal and professional well-being.
