You spend your days on the phone - heavy call volume, primarily warm inbound and warm outbound, with rare cold calling. Half your time is spent setting qualified appointments for complex diagnostic solution reviews on auto and commercial vehicle products. The other half is closing software renewals on a 1 to 2-call cycle. You are trained on both functions. You will work on GoHighLevel CRM every day. You will be coached on the calls that matter. You will see clear targets, clear feedback, and a clear path to earn more as you produce more.Base + Commission = $75,000+ for a 30-hour-a-week role schedule for 9 am to 3 pm, on-site Inside Sales Representative position in Noblesville, IN. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing clients to generate leads, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to expand the client base and achieve revenue goals. You'll play a key role in representing Triad's mission to simplify and support diagnostic solutions.QualificationsExperience in a heavy-dialing environment Experience in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceAbility to manage client relationships effectively through Account ManagementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachBasic understanding of vehicle diagnostics or automotive industry experience is a plus.Target Expectation:Qualified appointments set per week20 Average renewal deal size $1,500 - Target $30,000 a monthCRM hygiene in GoHighLevel Every call dispositioned · every follow-up scheduledMust-haves • Track record of heavy call volume - proven history of meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a phone-based sales role • GoHighLevel CRM experience - comfortable working pipelines, automations, and dispositions inside the platform without hand-holding • Completed sales training program - any structured curriculum counts (Sandler, Challenger, JBarrows, SPIN, Cardone, or similar). Comfortable speaking with fleet managers, shop owners, and service directors • Coachable - open to feedback on recorded calls and willing to iterate.
