Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.Classification:Seasonal (The season begins May 2026 and ends no later than Sept 8, 2026)Shift: Various - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays with an open schedulePay Rate:The pay rate for this role is $20.20 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.Want to learn more?Hotel Website, Facebook, Instagram, PinterestWhat will I be doing?A Spa Receptionist oversees the scheduling of appointments in the spa as well as greeting guests in a polite, friendly and professional manner.Provide first class service to members and guests, including remembering names; must be knowledgeable on resort and spa services in order to inform guests.Working with spa director to accommodate group dates with therapist's schedules; assist with maximization of room utilization with the therapists; Responsible for scheduling appointments efficiently for the spa and the therapists by scheduling vertically rather than horizontally.Rearranging therapist's schedules due to call offs, etc.; operate the front desk, answer telephones and provide detailed information correctly; schedule lunches at appropriate time.Ensuring that there are no double bookings; adding therapists to the books by contacting and calling them in; eyeing the books out one month out;What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
