Job Description Description: Department: Pool Reports to: Aquatics Director, Lead Lifeguard Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt Hourly wage range$17.50 - $22.50 per hour DOEGlenmoor Country Club is an upscale, family oriented, private club, pool, and golf course centrally located in beautiful Cherry Hills Village off of University and Belleview. We are searching for qualified staff to work our extended pool season Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September. We are looking to hire entry level through Supervisory positions.Position Summary Monitor and maintain safety and enjoyment of guests utilizing all pool facilitiesWhat you get to do: Provide a fun, safe environment for members and guests Earn extra money giving private lessons if qualified Get paid to do what you love Build relationships with members and teammates Advance your skill setWhat we offer (that others may not!): Onsite training and Lifeguard certification (if needed) Recertification classes too! Working Conditions May include exposure to weather, and an increased noise levels Will include working on slippery surfaces Exposure to odorous and possible harsh chemicals Glenmoor Country Club operates in a non-tipping environment. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.
