Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities · Helping customers while stocking shelves · Keeping the department clean and organized. · Must be able to climb a ladder · Loading, unloading, moving products, bulky products · May unload trucks · Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass and windows · Restroom cleaning · Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor · Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately · Assist customers with loading merchandise in their vehicle · Move shopping carts from the parking lot to the store Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Experience in grocery store, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
