Experience / Education 5 – 15+ years of experienceProject ArchitectBachelor of Architecture (5-year degree) or Master of ArchitectureNational Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certification and architecture licensureMaintain professional development hoursExcellent communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and Microsoft OfficeSpecific Job FunctionsManage all phases of multiple projects, including design document creation, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, constructability, and construction administrationDirect, coordinate, supervise, and mentor staff level team membersProvide guidance and mentorship and foster collaborative and productive work environment Develop conceptual designs, 3D renderings, schematic designs, design development, and construction documents, in compliance with applicable codesAdvise Senior Project Manager on project design schedule and budgetCoordinate and lead project-related meetings, including preparing proposals and presentations for client reviewCoordinate and lead design meetings with internal team members and sub-consultantsObserve and evaluate periodically on-site construction conditions to ensure compliance with drawings and specificationsResearch project-related laws, codes, and other jurisdictional requirements Perform in-depth due diligence tasksReview drawings from staff level team membersReview Request for Information responses, addendums, and construction change directivesProvide guidance to subcontractors by interpreting design specificationsUpdate and maintain project archives, records, drawings, and specificationsConsistently meet deadlines as required by project work and supervisorsPerform related duties as assignedSeek professional and leadership development training, from both internal and external resources, to foster professional growth and furtherance of team mission**Open to Granger, IN**#ZR
