Commercial Plumber

Job Description Plumber - $15-$30/hr - DOEWe are currently hiring Plumbers with 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment. Candidatesare encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Charleston AreaPlumber Duties:• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and gas lines incommercial and industrial buildings.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine layout of plumbing systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using specialized tools and inspection equipment.Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades (HVAC, electrical, construction) tocomplete projects on time and within code.Adhere strictly to local plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.Complete job documentation using tablets or job tracking software.Respond to emergency service calls when needed.Plumber Requirements:Experience in commercial or industrial plumbingValid state plumbing license or journeyman card (required)Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and local codesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plansProficiency with commercial plumbing tools (press-fit, jetters, pipe threaders, etc.)Compensation:Competitive starting pay $15 - $30/hr or depending on experienceGet paid weekly!Option to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, and contribute to 401KReferral Bonuses of up to $250 for referrals that result in a placement – simply click "REFER"below to share with a friendCompany Description Outsource is the largest staffing firm in the nation specializing in the placement of low voltage and electrical talent.
