It integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, maximizing efficiency without disruption. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will focus on reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to Kolz.ai’s solutions, and building meaningful conversations to facilitate lead generation and sales. Daily tasks will include researching prospects, managing call schedules, sharing product benefits, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions within CRM systems. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects via phoneResearch and data management abilities to identify leads and input accurate information into CRM systemsPersuasive sales skills and enthusiasm to convert leads into prospectsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic team and on an on-site basisBasic proficiency with CRM tools and interest in working with AI and ecommerce technologiesPrior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is a plusGoal-oriented mindset and self-motivation to achieve targets
