You'll collaborate with like-minded individuals to shape a sustainable future, making a meaningful contribution to our worldThis is your chance to grow with us from day one at our new, state-of-the-art facility in Anderson, IndianaPosition Summary:Report and analyze financials in partnership with plant leadership, to include budgets, monthly closing, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesPrepare the monthly management accounts and assist with the reporting of the financial accounts at year endSupply management information and variance analysis to the business in order to aid strategic decision makingAssist in the preparation of the annual budgetAssist with both internal and external auditsParticipate in the day to day activities of the site, as well as cross-functional projectsDrive the integrity of the account postings within the system (SAP)Support the team on all aspects of management information and variance analysisWork in collaboration with central finance and shared services to ensure transaction processing proceeds smoothly and with minimal error levelsTravel occasionally as neededOther duties as reasonably required from time to timeMinimum requirements5+ years of experience in a Controller in a manufacturing - preferably corrugated paperboard - environmentCollege degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar fieldExperience with SAPAbility to learn and navigate information systems and platformsStrong focus on delivering timely, accurate reportsTeam orientation and good communication skills
