Opportunity Highlights Hospital‑employed position with a competitive salary range: $240,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and excluding quality and productivity incentives) Days-only shifts (No swing or night shifts) Closed ICU (No ICU coverage required) Optional procedures depending on your interest and experience Annual Clinical Hours: 1,816 Generous benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement, malpractice, and more No visa sponsorship available Job Responsibilities As a Hospitalist, you will: Oversee the inpatient care of hospitalized patients at White Plains Hospital. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize clinical outcomes. Promote effective communication with patients, families, consulting physicians, and hospital staff. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care, adhering to clinical pathways, protocols, and regulatory standards (JCAHO, CMS, DOH, etc.). Participate in efforts to reduce average patient length of stay while maintaining the quality of care. Respond to urgent and emergent patient matters as needed within the hospital.
