This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionProvide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting logisticsOrder catering, prepare meeting materials, and assist with onsite/offsite event coordinationPrepare agendas, take meeting notes, track action items, and distribute documentationPerform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records and tracking systemsPrepare spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and reportsMonitor and replenish office supplies to support daily operationsProcess billings, invoices, and hotel accommodations while maintaining accurate invoice tracking recordsScreen visitors and meeting attendees, issue badges, and ensure compliance with security proceduresMaintain and update databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracySupport administrative process improvements and recommend efficiency enhancementsAssist with onboarding logistics including office setup and computer equipment coordination for new hiresSupport special projects and additional administrative functions as assignedMaintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and customer informationRequired SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience using SharePoint and navigating PowerBI dashboardsStrong typing skills (50+ WPM preferred)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience managing confidential information professionallyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 10 pounds for meeting and catering setupEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional college coursework preferred2 4 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience requiredBenefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
