You creatively brainstorm yet are data-driven in your decision making.About The RoleInMarket is seeking a creative and data-driven Sr. Client Strategy Manager to join our Measurement Client Strategy team! In this role, you will serve as Pod Lead, owning a portfolio of key client accounts and partnering with Sales Directors, Ad Operations, and Data Analysts to craft compelling stories that win new business and deliver actionable guidance that helps clients optimize their media strategies. You will lead both pre-sales and post-campaign efforts — driving RFP responses and strategic proposals alongside the Sales team, delivering measurement insights that deepen client relationships, and mentoring one direct report as you set the standard for the team’s output.ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Client Strategy Manager is responsible for delivering insightful, elegant, and actionable data to our clients — accurate but creative, succinct but thorough. This role spans both pre-sales strategy and post-campaign measurement, owning the development and presentation of client insights while ensuring all deliverables are robust, client-ready, and on time. As Pod Lead, this individual also manages one direct report and serves as the senior point of accountability for a portfolio of key client accounts.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead development of strategic narratives and insights for both pre-sales proposals and post-campaign analysisPartner with Sales to shape RFP responses, client strategies, and pitch presentationsServe as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting performance insights and actionable recommendationsTranslate complex data into clear, compelling storytelling frameworks (“So What” and “Now What”)Select and recommend optimal measurement approaches aligned to client KPIsCollaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Data teams to deliver high-quality outputsContribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), identifying macro trends and growth opportunities across accountsAct as a subject matter expert on InMarket’s measurement solutions and positioningStay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapeLeverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to enhance research, analysis, and content developmentServe as a Pod leader, mentoring junior team members, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring consistent quality across deliverablesContinuously elevate team standards and contribute to best practices for client strategy and insights deliveryOwn strategic client relationships on a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the senior client-facing voice alongside Sales leadershipRequired Qualifications6–8+ years of experience in Measurement, Media Strategy, Insights, Client Strategy, or Account ManagementStrong experience in digital media, adtech, martech, or measurement/attribution platformsProven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholdersAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasetsExceptional storytelling skills—translating data into clear, compelling narrativesExperience mentoring or leading junior team membersFamiliarity with AI tools for research and insights developmentStrong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) preferredExperience managing or mentoring a direct report, with a track record of supporting their professional developmentBenefits SummaryCompetitive salary, stock options, flexible vacationMedical, Dental and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Company Matched 401(k)Unlimited PTO (Within reason)Talented co-workers and managementAgile Development Program (For continued learning/professional development)Paid Paternity & Maternity LeaveFor candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000.Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements.
