You will design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.Set standards through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character;Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement;Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs;Complete projects and motivate trainees through effective training;Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization;Amend and revise programs to adapt to changing work environments;Act as the content expert and maintain training documents/materials;Develop induction programs;Monitor and review trainees' progress with managers;Audit trainees in the field to ensure policy adherence;Ensure statutory training requirements are met and participate in e-learning package creation/delivery;Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning;Ensure all trainees adhere to the Code of Conduct;Support learning and development of Roadside Assistance Specialists.Roadside Assistance Specialist — ResponsibilitiesResponsible for safe and effective transportation operations, troubleshooting vehicle issues, and supporting passengers' rides. You will:Maintain TaskUs safety standards inside and outside the vehicle;Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to changing environments;Support management, engineers, and the public with courteous communication;Provide assistance to stranded motorists;Operate/drive in single or dual driving mode for 6-8 hours daily, five days a week; sit for long periods;Respond quickly to changing, potentially high-pressure environments;Work mostly independently and in small teams (2-10);Monitor multiple software systems; maintain vehicle cleanliness;Provide concise verbal and written feedback; complete daily reports and procedures/tests;Interact with the public and educate on self-driving technology;Operate self-driving vehicles on various routes and conditions;Operate onboard data recording computers;Ride as a passenger in a self-driving vehicle when necessary;Safely set up and recover driverless vehicles; comply with ALD zero-tolerance policy on alcohol/drugs;Remove stalled vehicles and coordinate with law enforcement as needed;Respond to emergency roadside calls within ETA and SLAs;Drive safely and comply with all laws and regulations;Focus on safety, real-time reporting of incidents, and traffic law compliance;Other duties as required.RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree (preferred) in related fieldsMeets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history per state regulationsMust have and maintain a valid state driver's license; clean driving recordMinimum of 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads; additional experience preferredProficient in Microsoft and Google applicationsProblem solver and critical thinkerAbility to follow defined methods, procedures, and formsAbility to present and facilitate class discussionsEnergetic, enthusiastic, and creative with ability to motivate and engage an audienceStrong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hoursTeam player, willing to support production when neededUp to 80% travel required; based in existing marketsKnowledge or experience driving in professional settings and navigating high-traffic or confined areasPhysical RequirementsAble to stand and walk for long periods outdoorsUse hands to handle, talk, and hear; ability to climb stairs and laddersOccasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlOccasionally lift/move up to 45 poundsClose vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustable focusMost work outdoors or in closed-course spaces with vehiclesNice To Have1-2 years of related experience (training or teaching)Strong leadership with group management abilitiesAbout UsTaskUs is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering customer support, AI operations, and content security services.
