You will serve as the primary point of contact between our delivery team and government stakeholders, driving execution, performance accountability, and compliance across a complex IT support program.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall program planning, execution, and performance reporting for a complex federal IT support contractServe as primary client-facing representative ensuring clear, proactive communication with government stakeholdersDevelop and maintain comprehensive program documentation including project schedules, risk registers, staffing plans, and management plansOversee monthly status reporting and prepare executive-level briefings for senior leadershipManage personnel transitions, key personnel changes, and onboarding with no degradation of serviceCoordinate across technical disciplines including application administration, cybersecurity, database management, and software developmentEnsure all contract deliverables are submitted on time, accurately, and in required formatManage software license renewal tracking and procurement coordinationSupport transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure continuity of operationsRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship requiredActive Secret or TS/SCI and/or ability to obtain;Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in IT program managementProven experience managing multi-disciplinary IT teams in federal government or DoD environmentsStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesExperience managing deliverables and performance in compliance with federal contract requirementsPreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience with DoD contract management, DFARS compliance, and federal acquisition regulationsFamiliarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM/ticket management platformsKnowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST 800-37
