We're looking for passionate, resilient, and business-minded enthusiasts who share our values and want to join us in not only leading the climbing industry but defining it!Associate Yoga Instructor - OPYOF3JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide world-class customer serviceTeach high quality yoga classes with a focus in improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and stabilityTeach a safe, educational, and professional classUse succinct cueing delivered with a full range of expressionIncorporate breath work and encourage mindfulnessAccommodate different levels of fitness and abilities by offering modificationsCreate a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for the practice of yogaBuilding community: have strong attendance during peak-time classes and off-peak classes demonstrate consistent attendance building over timeJOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 200-hour, preferred 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher from a nationally recognized organizationMinimum 1 year teaching experience, preferred 2+ years teaching experience1.5 years teaching experience (equivalent of 2 classes/week for 1.5 years or 150+ hours teaching)Long-term availability to teach classes at Movement Harlem and to sub throughout the weekHave a passion for Yoga and an interest in climbing!ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Pay range is commensurate with experience and starts at $38 per hourMovement is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
